Look, we get it. Reaching out can feel awkward, especially when it's about money or learning something new. But here's the thing – everyone who contacts us has been exactly where you are right now.
We're not here to pressure you into anything. Sometimes people just want to know if financial accountability methods are right for them. Other times they're ready to dive into our autumn programs. Both are completely fine.
Whatever stage you're at, we're happy to have a genuine conversation about where you're headed and whether we can help you get there.
We're Based on the Gold Coast
Our Ashmore office is where most of the magic happens. Close to local cafes, easy parking, and about 15 minutes from Southport.
What Happens After You Reach Out?
First off, no automated responses. A real person reads your message and replies – usually within a day during business hours.
If you've asked about our programs, we'll send you detailed information about what's coming up in September and October 2025. We'll also probably suggest a phone call if you want to dig deeper into whether it's the right fit.
For general enquiries, we'll answer your questions as thoroughly as we can. Sometimes that leads to further conversations, sometimes it doesn't. Either way, you'll leave knowing more than when you started.
